Lol, how long did Annie's patience last? She looks like she's pretending to admire the view and the fact that the bird feeder is right there is pure coincidence:)
Believe me, she definitely would have stayed up there, but I put her back in the house. She is a really good hunter. I think she's gotten too confident in her ability or she just thinks birds aren't that smart and she just wants to hop up there and wait for one to fly into her mouth. :-)
Oh yes, very subtle. About 10 years ago, we woke up to find a bobcat perched by our birdfeeder almost exactly like Annie. And, all the birds had vanished. I can't imagine why! :)
How nice to meet you! Thanks for coming by my blog and for your lovely comment...hmm, Muesli does look a bit like Annie! :-) I"m so sorry to read about your scary sickie recently, Zephyr, but I hope you're on the mend now.
haha that's something our Velvet would do!
ReplyDeleteHa ha ha! Well, cats do really do "subtle!"
ReplyDeleteDoes that really work? Maybe she's keeping squirrels at bay, so the birds have a chance to feed. A squirrel-crow.
ReplyDeleteTypical cat:) Sue
